Cumbria’s Lake District is a place for all seasons, each with its own particular charm. It is a place for the lively and the lazy, a place of beauty, wildness and peace. In the heart of the Lake District, yet only 25 miles from the M6 Motorway lies Grasmere, an ideal centre from which to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
Raise View House is easily accessible by road or rail, the nearest station being Windermere. Taxis or buses are available from the station and the journey to Raise View House takes about 20 minutes.
